We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris. As aSenior Engineering Manager, this role leads a cross-functional team spanning iOS, Android, Web, .NET, and QA, with full accountability for delivery performance and execution quality. Responsible for one pod with 6 engineers (1 Android, 1 iOS, 2 Web, 1 .NET, 1 QA). , the role—Team Pulse—combines hands-on leadership with technical strategy to drive performance, innovation, and strong outcomes. It focuses on empowering the team, maintaining a high bar for quality, and playing a key part in building products that help people find connection, companionship, and love!!! How you’ll make an impact:

E&E Paris Studio brings together a powerful, unified product platform across Europe and North America fueling multiple brands with a shared foundation while crafting distinctive, engaging experiences for each, all centered around helping people build meaningful connections.

The next 12 months present a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, with two exciting priorities:

Supercharging growth on OurTime by evolving the product and unlocking stronger product-market fit within a high-potential, underserved senior audience -supporting a segment where companionship and connection matter deeply

Contributing to the Match turnaround, with a clear focus on re-energizing monthly active users and elevating overall user perception

We could be a match if:

You've a strong delivery mindset with a track record of improving execution, raising standards, and driving reliable outcomes

Experienced leader of cross-functional engineering teams (iOS, Android, Web, backend, QA), owning end-to-end software delivery in a B2C environment

Comfortable operating in ambiguity, turning complexity into clear direction and actionable plans

Strategic mindset, able to contribute to & influence company product strategy beyond team-level delivery

Proven ability to lead and develop engineers, including mentoring and growing future engineering leaders and managers

Experience building and managing high-performing teams with strong ownership, accountability, and autonomy

Strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive

Solid technical understanding with architectural awareness, able to engage credibly in technical discussions

Clear, confident communicator across engineering, product, and senior leadership audiences

Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across cultures

Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively with French-speaking teams
