POSITION SUMMARY: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Enviro500 platform within our Vehicle Engineering team. This is a key leadership role with full technical ownership of the product, from concept through to delivery, and direct line management of Principal and Lead Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our product and lead a talented team in delivering innovative engineering solutions.

  • Lead and manage the design and development of the Enviro500 product
  • Act as the technical authority and customer interface for the platform
  • Ensure engineering output meets project delivery and compliance standards
  • Support resource planning across live projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold company values and processes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Extensive experience in PSV design and manufacturing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage technical risk and deliver high-quality engineering outcomes
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate across teams
