General Description:
The Manager, Custom Development Services is responsible for leading revenue generating, Custom Development Services team that delivers innovative solutions and exceptional customer experience to our client base. Your teams mission is to help our customers extend the capability of the Brightspace platform through public facing APIs, integration and extension points. You are charged with continuing to grow and develop a team of highly skilled and passionate full-stack and front-end web developers.
You are an innovative, customer oriented, seasoned technical leader. Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Is an expert in cutting edge development practices. Enjoys working with external customers and internal partners to build a growing line of business, while bringing inspiration and fun each and every day. The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
