Senior Engineer, Product Engineering

As a Senior Engineer, Product Engineering, you will monitor head product yield and performance, perform verification and failure analysis, and provide wafer feedback while collaborating with fabrication teams. You will also analyze key process variables, prepare technical reports, present findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

• Monitor yield and performance of head products during manufacturing.
• Perform verification, characterization, and head failure analysis to identify root causes of deviations.
• Provide wafer feedback and communicate with wafer fabrication teams regarding incoming wafer-related issues.
• Analyze process Key Process Input Variables (KPIV) to proactively forecast yield and performance.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics or a related field of study.
• Relevant experience in Product Engineering or related fields.
• Industry exposure in Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Skills and Competency Requirements:

• ​​​​​Ability to perform thorough data analysis and apply advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to comprehend head technology, wafer processes, and failure analysis methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, across technical and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to apply statistical methods for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Ability to utilize data analysis tools, including Excel, JMP, Python, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to develop and deliver clear technical reports and presentations.
