Context & Impact

As Lansweeper expands through new strategic technology partnerships and continuous growth, we’re looking for a Senior Engineer - Partner Technologies to strengthen our partner ecosystem.

You’ll play a key role in designing and building high‑performance, lightweight software components that seamlessly integrate Lansweeper with other major technology solutions. Over the next 6–12 months, your focus will be on developing network scanning protocols, building secure integrations, and enhancing our partner solutions architecture.

Challenge

The main challenges you'll face are:

  • Building robust, performant, and scalable partner integrations across multiple ecosystems.

  • Designing and implementing complex APIs and protocols to connect partner systems.

  • Balancing innovation, maintainability, and performance within a fast‑moving product environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and build high‑performance partner software components.

  • Develop and enhance network scanning protocols and system integrations.

  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and product managers to deliver seamless integrations.

  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of our partner technologies.

  • Contribute as a senior technical expert, sharing insights and driving engineering excellence across partner‑related initiatives.

  • Act as a technical SPOC for key partners.

Requirements

Hard skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system design.

  • Strong programming skills in .NET / C# and familiarity with Rust.

  • Expertise in Linux and/or networking

  • Expertise in API development, and integration design.

  • Proven experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft, AWS, SQL Server, and MongoDB ecosystems.

Soft skills:

  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.

  • Passion for high‑performance architecture and clean engineering practices.

  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management

You’ll join the Partner Tech team within the Engineering department, collaborating closely with software engineers and product managers. Current team size: 4 engineers, expanding to 6.
