Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, focusing on utilities such as purified water systems, effluent treatment, and compressed air systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of GMP compliance in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee the generation and distribution of utilities (e.g., purified water systems, effluent treatment, compressed air) to ensure optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to GMP standards
  • Ensure all equipment and spare parts align with GMP requirements, including comprehensive documentation, validation, and quality assurance protocols
  • Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure smooth system operations
  • Conduct regular system checks and resolve operational issues or equipment malfunctions promptly

Who We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
  • Experience: At least 3 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries, with a focus on GMP compliance
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with cleanroom environments, compressed air systems, and purified water systems
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint & Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities & Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Personal Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining high operational standards
