Trade Republic is known for shipping fast and strong, and at the core of this is Platform Engineering providing robust and scalable self-service platforms to enable our product engineers to deliver. Moving into the direction of golden paths, self service, and autonomy. We encapsulate complexity and deliver scalable solutions that empower millions of users to invest, trade, and save billions of euros.

Build best-in-class CI/CD: make sure that developers can always build and deploy quickly, while making sure that the changes meet our high quality standards.
Accelerate development speed: automate mundane repeatable tasks so engineers can focus on what really matters.
Own the platform: Shape the roadmap end-to-end - work with product managers to understand user needs, balance cost, latency, and developer experience, pick the right tech, and clearly explain trade-offs to leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience working on infrastructure or platform services.
Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and programming.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, AWS, and Terraform.
Passion for simplifying day-to-day lives of developers.
Passion for improving productivity with AI.

The toolbox we use: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Backstage, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Go, Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, Terraform, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana. Experience with every single item is not required - bring your strengths and curiosity.
