What You Will Do:

You will play a central role in building the cloud-based rendering architecture for our new flagship title — a rare opportunity to redefine how large-scale, high-fidelity games can run on any device. This is a high-impact senior position where you will shape core rendering technology used by millions of players, and your work will influence future UE5 projects across the studio.

You will:

  • Architect and build a next-generation cloud-native rendering pipeline with a focus on parallelism, distributed execution, and scalability.
  • Design modular rendering services that allow high-end experiences to run on low-power devices through cloud computation
  • Collaborate closely with cloud system engineers to integrate rendering and engine infrastructure into a unified architecture
  • Profile, debug, and optimize GPU and rendering workloads for cloud performance
  • Document rendering architecture, technical decisions, and implementation standards

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience (more senior candidates welcome)
  • Strong C++ programming skills
  • Deep understanding of modern rendering architecture including:
    • Multi-threaded renderers
    • Render graphs
    • GPU scheduling and job systems
    • Parallel or tiled rendering piplelines
  • Strong knowledge of graphics pipelines and GPU architecture
  • Experience with at least one modern graphics API (DX12, Vulkan, etc)
  • Proficiency with graphics debugging/profiling tools
  • High ownership, strong work ethic, and willingness to tackle large-scale technical challenges

Pluses:

  • Experience developing with Unreal Engine

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $180,000 to $300,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
