Moreover, we cover not only traditional rule-based requirements management but also data-driven requirements management. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to create safer and more efficient systems. Our team is committed to innovation and quality, delivering solutions that support the future of mobility. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of AD/ADAS systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively convert system requirements into software requirements. They should demonstrate strong leadership skills, enabling them to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-disciplinary design teams. Additionally, they should be capable of exploring and managing requirements for data-driven systems.   • Engage with various stakeholders to define vehicle-level system requirements
  • Decompose vehicle-level requirements into software subsystems, such as Sensors, Planner, Perception, MAP, and HMI
  • Manage data-driven requirements, including defining necessary data types and selecting effective data
  • Design system latency based on scenario analysis
  • Define product criteria, including performance and functional requirements
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Over 6 years of professional experience, preferably in complex system development
  • Experience in translating user or product-level requirements into architecture and allocating them appropriately
  • Experience in deriving, tracking, and verifying automotive application requirements using the V-model process
  • Knowledge and experience with international AD/ADAS regulations (e.g., Euro NCAP, UN ECE, US NHTSA)
  • Experience with machine learning applications
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Ability to understand Japanese used in everyday situations (ex. Japanese is required more than N2 based on JLPT or equivalent level.)
  • NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience in project management and leadership
  • Software coding skills (Matlab, Python, or C/C++)
