The position requires an experienced attorney who is familiar with all stages of litigation and can hit the ground running. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for representing and growing an individual caseload (primarily cases in pre-litigation), as well as supervising and managing the productivity--including quality of service--provided by the firm's associate attorneys.
The Senior Attorney's responsibilities will also include recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen the firm's legal team, assisting with reviews and promotions, determining attorney salaries and billing rates, and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
(5+ years) with extensive Labor & Employment experience. The firm exclusively represents employees in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, which are becoming increasingly common. The firm covers all types of claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, worker misclassification, clock/rest issues, etc.
