In This Role

In this role, you will own the end-to-end creative execution of B2C email campaigns that reach and influence millions of customers. You’ll be responsible for transforming campaign concepts into high-impact, visually compelling email designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives. From initial creative development through final platform-ready delivery, you will ensure every email is flawless, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with email program partners, marketers, and stakeholders to manage timelines, maintain documentation, and continuously improve creative through data-driven insights. This role is ideal for a creative professional who combines strong design skills, copywriting expertise, and operational discipline, and who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative process for B2C email campaigns, from concept through final handoff for deployment
    • Design visually compelling, on-brand email layouts that deliver exceptional customer experiences
    • Ensure all designs are technically feasible and optimized for delivery through email platforms
    • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive email copy with strong attention to grammar, tone, and accuracy
    • Proofread and QA all creative assets to ensure flawless execution prior to launch
    • Manage campaign timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
    • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation related to campaign progress and creative decisions
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with email program partners and marketing stakeholders
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and apply insights to continuously improve future designs
    • Support multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent professional experience
    • 5–7 years of experience in email marketing, digital design, or related roles
    • Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools
    • Strong copywriting skills with demonstrated experience crafting B2C email content
    • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, layouts, and design constraints
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, agile environments
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work remotely with flexibility across time zones

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with agile workflows and project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
    • Experience designing high-volume email campaigns for large, consumer-facing brands
    • Familiarity with data-driven optimization and A/B testing concepts
    • Background in creative selling or promotional marketing design
    • Experience collaborating with large, cross-functional marketing organizations

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $34- $36 USD/ HR. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
