Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Validation Engineer with strong experience in server hardware validation (x86 platforms) to validate and troubleshoot motherboards, server systems, and high-speed electrical interfaces. This role involves bench testing, failure analysis, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:
•    Strong server domain knowledge with understanding of x86 architecture, CPU/GPU/IPU, and AI accelerators.
•    Experience with LSIO, HSIO, and DDR memory validation.
•    Familiarity with hardware schematics, layouts, and electrical circuit fundamentals.
•    Hands-on expertise with lab tools: oscilloscope, logic analyzer, DMM, VNA, BERT, packet generator, thermal chamber.
•    Knowledge of high-speed protocols/interfaces such as PCIe, USB, SPI, I2C.
•    Experience with BIOS/BMC validation, including BIOS/UEFI programming and testing.
•    Windows & Linux working experience.
•    Automation scripting with Python (Perl is a plus).

Qualifications
•    BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
•    Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.


Required Qualifications:  Associate's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
