Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong project management experience and an active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license to support advanced MEP electrical design operations in Wilton Manors, FL. This leadership-oriented role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions for residential, commercial, and high-rise real estate developments throughout Wilton Manors and surrounding South Florida markets.

The position requires a technically skilled and detail-focused electrical engineering professional who can oversee full project lifecycles, from early design planning through construction support and final implementation. The selected candidate will work closely with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure electrical systems are designed efficiently and meet all applicable code requirements in Wilton Manors, FL. This role is also intended to be a leadership-track opportunity for someone prepared to grow into department-level management within approximately one year.

The ideal professional will have a minimum of 5–8 years of U.S.-based MEP electrical design experience, particularly within residential and commercial building environments, including high-rise developments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design efforts for residential, commercial, and real estate construction projects in Wilton Manors and nearby Fort Lauderdale-area developments.
• Direct project execution from schematic design through construction administration while maintaining technical accuracy and schedule performance.
• Prepare, evaluate, and approve electrical plans, system layouts, load studies, and technical construction documentation.
• Coordinate engineering activities with architects, contractors, and external consultants supporting projects in Wilton Manors, FL.
• Review code compliance requirements and ensure all electrical systems meet NEC standards and local building regulations.

Requirements
