Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful projects and initiatives within our growing Business Applications practice. Your expertise and insights will help shape the future of our Enterprise Applications vision, contributing to our growth while enjoying the freedom to make key decisions in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Your Role

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics expertise to lead high-profile Business Central projects.

• Working with clients to understand and define their business processes and configure D365 Business Central accordingly.
• Supporting clients with configuration tasks, data migration, and end-to-end testing.
• Delivering end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs.
• Designing and testing D365 Business Central customisations and supporting client acceptance.
• Participating in go-live cutover exercises and ensuring data is reconciled back to legacy systems.
• Guiding projects with daily communication with customers or project managers.
• Participating in design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants.
• Supervising and mentoring junior consultants to support their development.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Deep understanding of D365 Business Central across core modules and processes including Finance, &/OR Manufacturing and Warehousing
• Proficiency in leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in-person and remotely.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions in line with business needs.
• Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with key ISV extensions for Business Central, particularly in finance, reporting, or supply chain contexts. Any experience with Dynaway a particular advantage.
