As a Senior Document Controller you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient document control and information management within our Atlantic region. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Project Technical Managers within the region.

You will use different systems such as ProArc and Unisea, as well as providing training for new users in these. You will be required to analyse the client’s requirements to execute the project and organize activities in line with project administrative requirements will also be an important part of your job.

You will define specific instructions to Engineering Disciplines and other participants regarding the documentation to be supplied to the Client and the documentation to be obtained from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in business administration or similar (experience can compensate for lack of formally proven competence)
  • Relevant experience handling documentation for subsea or energy industry projects
  • Proficient in ProArc or similar and Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Proactive approach to working in a team and project environment
  • Flexibility to provide support to various stakeholders in the project environment
