Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to build and scale our R.Lux Fashion vertical—a high-impact role that blends product innovation with commercial excellence. As the Senior Director, you will lead a team to define the vision, shape the product roadmap, and drive commercial performance for our luxury fashion category which has massive potential for Korea. This is a truly unique international leadership opportunity to shape the future of fashion on our platform building a hugely success business on our platform.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for the R.Lux Fashion vertical, aligning product development with commercial goals
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team across product, merchandising, and business operations
• Partner with design, engineering, and UX to build differentiated fashion experiences that resonate with luxury consumers
• Own the P&L for the vertical, driving revenue, margin, and customer engagement through data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with key brand partners and vendors to curate a compelling assortment and elevate the customer experience
• Leverage customer data and market trends to inform product and merchandising strategies
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and performance tracking

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product, category management, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or consumer platforms
• Proven track record of building and scaling a vertical or category from the ground up
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and how they intersect with commercial outcomes
• Experience managing P&L and driving business performance through strategic levers
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fashion or luxury background is a plus, but not required—what matters most is a passion for building great products and businesses
• A builder’s mindset with a bias for action
• A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute
• A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• A customer-obsessed operator who understands how to translate insights into impact
