As a Senior Director, Program Management you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of complex projects. You do not just manage programs; you own the end-to-end strategic lifecycle—from initial scope orchestration to final delivery—ensuring every cross-functional effort is aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct multiple cross-functional teams for the implementation of complex projects, ultimately being responsible for strategy, execution and delivery.
  • Establish program strategy, timelines and resource needs required to meet business objectives and lead teams to execute to plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment across all functions in driving various projects and initiatives.
  • Create and implement as necessary contingency plans and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead team discussions to resolve issues and conflicts while ensuring team alignment throughout program execution. Escalate when necessary.
  • Communicate program requirements, priorities and decisions, regularly and effectively.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:  

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Min 12 years of industry experience. Experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $265,000-$315,000, cash bonus, and equity. #LI-Hybrid
