Summary:

Menlo Security is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Director of Product Management for our AI-enabled secure enterprise browser portfolio. As a key leader in the product management team and reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will help define the strategy for Menlo Security’s browser security portfolio of products and its overall success across multiple geographies.

You will lead a high-performing team of product managers, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution from ideation to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AI security, browser security landscape, and a proven track record of building and scaling successful product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define, validate and improve the vision and strategy for Menlo Security’s Secure Enterprise Browser, in collaboration with other product leaders and executives, aligning with the company's vision and customer needs.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage and mentor multiple product managers by setting ambitious goals, developing and executing strategies to achieve them, and be accountable for the overall success of the product line.

  • Customer & Market Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape. Ensure the product team is laser-focused on delivering solutions that solve real customer problems and have true competitive advantage.

  • Product Roadmap & Execution: Identify new growth opportunities, prioritize and execute those priorities by developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, releases, and timelines for the browser security portfolio.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UI design, sales, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to align the product direction and ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.

  • Metrics & Growth: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the browser security product portfolio. Use data to inform decision-making, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. Identify and execute growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent Menlo Security as a thought leader, speak at industry events, conferences, and webinars and contribute to thought leadership content and evangelize the company's vision.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing product teams.

  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity, preferably with a focus on browser security, AI security, or related technologies.

  • Proven track record of owning and driving the success of a SaaS Enterprise product line.

  • Ability to be an active participant in architecture and design reviews

  • Strong business acumen, financial modeling skills, and experience with go-to-market strategies.

  • Demonstrated track record of building, inspiring, and mentoring high-performing product teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop a long-term product vision. Experience in setting and executing product strategy across multiple geographies.

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise cybersecurity landscape and technologies, security vulnerabilities, and the competitive technology offerings. Familiarity with AI/ML security from the perspective of using AI technologies to improve product capabilities as well securing AI.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for cybersecurity and a desire to make a real impact on the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise cyber security, with experience with web technologies, browser technologies, developing extensions, plugins, or other integrations for browsers.

  • MBA or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in business strategy and decision-making.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $198,000 - $330,000.

In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
