The Senior Director, Product Management – Direct-to-Consumer, will serve as the strategic owner of Transcarent’s consumer product vision and product-led growth strategy. This executive leader will shape how our consumer offerings evolve, ensuring they not only meet market needs but also align with Transcarent’s broader company objectives, long-term strategy, and financial goals.
In this highly strategic, high-impact role, you will guide the direction of Transcarent’s DTC business, orchestrating the roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. You will establish the frameworks, operating models, and growth systems that enable teams across the organization to deliver world-class consumer experiences at scale.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Clinical, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive coordinated growth outcomes and ensure product evolution is fully integrated into company-wide priorities.
