Senior Director, Patient Services Client Partner 

Position Summary 

The Data Solutions (DS) Practice Area within the Precision Product Solutions (PS) Business Unit focuses on the development and commercialization of industry leading data products for biopharmaceutical customers that help integrate and enrich disparate Payer, Provider, HCP and Patient data. Precision’s core products include DecodeRx Payer, DecodeRx Provider, and PatientLens. 
 
The Senior Director, Patient Services Client Partner is a key leadership role within the Data Solutions (DS) Practice Area and reports to the SVP, Data Solutions. This position is responsible for driving client engagement and revenue growth through innovative data-driven solutions that integrate disparate data sources to deliver 360-degree customer insights. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with the PatientLens Product Team and internal stakeholders to shape product strategy and deliver exceptional client outcomes. 

Core Responsibilities 

Leadership & Development 

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and intellectual curiosity. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, demonstrating integrity and thought leadership. 
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance capabilities and performance. 

Client Engagement & Business Development 

  • Manage strategic accounts and drive growth across Patient Services, including products, platforms, and managed services. 
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets. 
  • Communicate product value propositions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Partner with marketing and lead generation teams to support go-to-market initiatives. 

Product & Innovation 

  • Collaborate with clients and product teams to inform roadmap priorities and design MVPs. 
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product development. 
  • Support pricing, promotion, and positioning strategies in partnership with leadership. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical patient services, commercial operations, analytics, or IT functions or comparable experience within Patient Services professional services roles. 
  • Proven success in client leadership roles within life sciences or data-driven professional services. 
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercialization, market access, and patient services. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to influence in a matrix environment and drive executive-level decision-making. 
  • Travel up to 30%.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
