We are looking for a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering EMEA to lead a team that works closely with our customers, prospects and community, walking them along their journey of building and scaling their DevOps practices and drive them to stronger adoption of JFrog solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a history of demonstrated leadership of presales, working with solutions architects or technology consultants with an emphasis on coaching, messaging development, and support of strategic solution sales.

As a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering EMEA in JFrog you will...

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of solution experts, engineers, and architects, specifically focusing on elevating their technical depth and consultative selling skills.
• Teaming with Sales leaders to build impactful result driven GTM strategy.
• Support JFrog’s Marketing, Product and R&D while working directly with our customers to ensure their success with the JFrog products.
• Build and maintain the groups domain leadership with the latest technology trends related to DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps Engineering 
• Define and lead your team towards successful execution of the company OKRs
• Provide day to day mentorship for the group, support career development and conduct regular group management roles
• Provide regular reports and forecasts on performance to senior management

To be a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering EMEA in JFrog you need...

• Phenomenal leadership capabilities, including experience in managing a technical group of engineers and architects
• Experience in quota carrying roles and proven execution on target
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience, including coaching and direct management of a pre-sales or solution engineering team.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/Software and Software Development life-cycle
• Experience with enterprise technical sales of hybrid solutions (On-prem & SaaS)
• Solid foundation of  Security, DevSecOps, CI/CD and Cloud infrastructure and Application Security is an advantage
• Experience with Data Center architectures including networking, storage, computing, management and monitoring, backups, high availability and disaster recovery – an advantage
