Foxit has made significant investments in incubation projects, some of which will soon be commercially available to customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Define product vision; define addressable market; identify new market opportunities; and relentlessly prioritize competing objectives to maximize our commercial contribution.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, data scientists, designers, and product marketing pros to foster a high-performance culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Market Research: Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs. Translate insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product enhancements, updates, and end-of-life decisions. Continuously monitor and optimize product performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to align product initiatives with business goals and ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
• Content and Design: Manage key aspects of product design and content development in conjunction with marketing and engineering teams.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting for product development and ensuring optimal ROI on product investments.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of product quality and user experience, working closely with QA teams to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
• Proven track record with at least 10 years of increasing responsibility in product management roles delivering cloud-first SaaS solutions, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple functions.
• Preferred candidate possesses and MBA from a top 20 program.
• Preferred candidate possesses an undergraduate degree and professional experience in complex, collaborative industries such as architecture, construction management, engineering, geospatial/mapping, manufacturing, or operations research;
• Preferred candidate possesses machine learning coursework and applied experience delivering products that surface derived insights;
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
• Results-oriented and data-driven mindset, with proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving customer success.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
• Experience in working with global teams and managing remote teams is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• ATL is strongly preferred, remote will be considered based on the above criteria.
