In this pivotal role, you will own the revenue, retention, and excellence standards for Paid Media. This is not just about running campaigns; it encompasses comprehensive accountability for growth and team performance. You'll lead the division's vision and revenue impact, manage senior-level relationships, and contribute to our mission of being the best in B2B SaaS marketing. Your leadership will guide strategies that directly influence client outcomes and business success.
Accountabilities
Protect and improve net revenue retention (NRR)
Grow revenue within existing paid media client base
Ensure paid media services are best-in-class and scalable
Build and coach a team of senior paid media experts
Identify churn risks and lead corrective actions
Develop expansion strategies across the paid media client portfolio
Maintain senior relationships with CMOs and VPs of Marketing
Requirements
7+ years of paid media experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS
4+ years leading teams, including managing senior-level managers
Proven experience managing enterprise paid media budgets ($50k+/month)
Experience driving expansion revenue and retention
Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and working knowledge of Meta
Strong understanding of pipeline, attribution, and revenue reporting
Comfort operating in a fully remote, globally distributed environment
