  • Manage long-term revenue forecasting, including cohort and retention analysis, and the definition and measurement of current and future business KPIs
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and establish best practices across weekly, monthly, and quarterly FP&A deliverables
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends to understand and communicate potential implications for the business

What You’ll Bring

You might be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Bring extensive experience within financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, corporate finance, and/or corporate strategy in high-growth organizations; demonstrated skills, behaviors, and readiness to take ownership matter more to us than a specific number of years
  • Take a player-coach approach to leadership, willingly rolling up your sleeves and stepping in wherever the work is needed
  • Demonstrate strong executive leadership skills with experience partnering at the board, investor, and executive leadership levels
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across the organization
  • Have a proven track record of cultivating collaborative working relationships and are known for your ability to bring people together (you may have even earned the nickname “People Whisperer”)

  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset, regularly questioning the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
  • Lead with humility, strong self- and social-awareness, and a sense of humor that helps navigate complex and high-pressure environments

A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field is helpful, but we’re most interested in your skills, capabilities, and ability to learn and grow in the role. Ten years of experience in a senior finance role including at least 5 years of management experience.
