  • Drive site localization strategy, ensuring language, currency, and payment methods are optimized to build trust and conversion in specific local markets
  • Drive site testing and personalization strategies to improve conversion rates and drive revenue per visitor
  • Act as the primary bridge between Europe and US HQ Product/Tech teams, advocating for regional roadmap requirements and technical resources that drive conversion and create a more localized consumer experience

Operational Alignment & Team Leadership

  • Partner with  Marketing to align paid media, email/SMS, and affiliate strategies with site objectives and customer journey optimization
  • Align with Europe Operations and Planning to manage site inventory visibility and lead-time communication(including cross-border complexities), supporting the made-to-order promise and customer transparency
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with a test-and-learn culture
