LucidLink is hiring a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale our go-to-market efforts in the US and EMEA. This is a critical role within the Marketing Organization and requires past experience in highly competitive, B2B SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will be able to optimize existing Demand Gen infrastructure and launch brand new strategies for converting leads.
Put simply: the mission of the Sr. Director of Demand Generation is to grow qualified sales pipeline and scale LucidLink’s global revenue engine.
LucidLink is a global organization with teams in the UK and Bulgaria. Success in this role will require time zone flexibility and occasional travel (10-20%).
Materially improve the efficiency of our go-to-market motion across all buyer personas
Coach and mentor a high performing team with integrity and transparency
Manage the Demand Generation budget to ensure maximum return on investment without overages
Take ownership of the corporate website and content strategy so it’s a driver of high-intent conversions
Significant experience in B2B demand gen with success in high-growth SaaS and technology markets. This includes:
A healthy mix of Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sales cycles
Understanding of LucidLink’s ICPs and buyer personas in IT and Marketing
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams up to 10 direct reports and managing managers
Drive demand and velocity at all funnel phases including new lead acquisition, lead maturation and conversion, and opportunity nurturing through a combination of always-on digital programs.
Can partner with stakeholders to strategize and execute efficient, creative, multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that take advantage of paid media, content, events, webinars, and more.
Understands how the metrics fit into the larger business story. Highly capable at performance/ROI tracking and attribution
Good steward of LucidLink resources with regard to campaigns, events, agencies, etc
Partners effectively with peers in Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Ops, etc
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Prior experience with cloud, file sharing, or collaboration technologies
Experience in a growth-stage start-up ($50M+ in ARR)
