We are expanding rapidly in the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) space and are looking for an experienced, strategic leader to help us scale.

The Senior Director, ISV Partner Success will be responsible for building and leading Celero’s ISV Implementation and Partner Success program from the ground up. This high-impact role ensures that our ISV partners experience seamless onboarding, integration, and long-term growth. You will lead a talented team focused on partner enablement, integration support, merchant sales, and relationship management while collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Technology to drive scalable success strategies, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Responsiblities

  • Build and scale Celero’s ISV Partner Success program to support a rapidly expanding network of software partners.
  • Develop processes, tools, and KPIs to measure and drive partner engagement, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with ISV Sales to transition new partners into onboarding and create customized Mutual Success Plans covering integration, sales, support, and marketing.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of ISV Partner Success Managers responsible for onboarding, training, and relationship management.
  • Lead a team of ISV Merchant Account Executives supporting partners’ downstream merchant sales and activations.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure a seamless experience for ISV partners and their merchants using Celero’s platforms such as Compass and Northstar.
  • Work directly with technology partners such as Forward, FluidPay, and NMI to manage integrations, resolve issues, and enable product adoption.
  • Maintain trusted, high-touch relationships with ISV partners by serving as a strategic advisor and escalation point.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and deeper engagement.

Experience & Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, account management, or sales leadership, ideally within payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success building and leading teams in a partner- or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with software integrations, APIs, and channel or partner sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills with a record of scaling programs and processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across functions and organizations.
  • Experience developing partner-facing plans, QBRs, and growth roadmaps.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and collaboration platforms, with technical fluency considered a plus.
