We’re seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Sales with a true hunter mentality to drive new business and revenue growth through a consultative, enterprise sales process.
You will own a national territory and develop strategic plans to identify, engage, and close enterprise customers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with relentless execution.

The Salary range for this role will depend on experience.Midi pays a competitive base salary, plus equity and benefits.
