What You Will Do
In this role you will be responsible for leading and accelerating E-commerce growth and performance marketing across Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and pure play E-commerce retail partners including Amazon, Thrive Market, Walmart.com, Target.com, and other emerging digital marketplaces. You will drive sustainable, profitable growth while strengthening brand presence and consumer engagement in an increasingly digital-first shopping world. With ownership of the E-commerce P&L, you will lead revenue growth, margin optimization, and ROI paid media investment and retention across both D2C and e-tail ecosystems. You will set the long-term vision for E-commerce, translate strategy into disciplined execution, and ensure seamless integration across, brand, creative, media, E-commerce engineering and operations. You will bring a skillset of strategic leadership and operational excellence, partnering cross-functionally, and with strategic external agencies and partners on day to day execution. As the company’s E-commerce subject matter expert, you will build and lead a high-performing team, champion data-driven decision-making, and continuously evolve Chomps’ E-commerce playbook to meet changing consumer behaviors and platform dynamics.
