Role Summary
The Senior Director, Commercial Strategy will serve as a strategic commercial leader for a growing clinical‑stage biotechnology company with a diversified pipeline, including a lead asset in Atopic Dermatitis entering phase 3 clinical trials within the next 12 months and two additional programs in earlier clinical stage development. This role is responsible for supporting the ongoing planning and execution of the Company’s five-year U.S. commercial roadmap across a variety of initiatives, workstreams and projects. The Senior Director will work closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Business Development & Strategy, Regulatory, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure commercial perspectives are integrated early and effectively throughout the development programs. In addition, the role will be responsible for building and executing a Commercial competitive intelligence process to keep up to date on the competitive market dynamics and developments across our prioritized therapeutic areas. The Sr Director, Commercial Strategy will report directly to the SVP, Commercial Strategy & Operations.

The anticipated salary range for candidates for this role will be $255,000- $285,000. The final salary offered will depend on several factors, which may include, but is not limited to relevant years of experience, educational background, and geography.
