About the role:
LRN is seeking a high-performing Senior Director, Business Intelligence and Data. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role critical in supporting LRN’s growth. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, this position will be responsible for establishing and building LRN’s Business Intelligence and Data function to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role encompasses (1) Partnering with systems and technical teams to integrate data from multiple platforms to create a comprehensive view of business performance, (2) Experience applying AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to drive forecasting, retention insights, and business planning, and (3) presenting actionable insights to diverse audiences, including the board of directors. Over time, this role is expected to play an increasingly strategic leadership role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management as the function and organization scale.
