AI overview

Lead the brand transformation at Juniper Square by integrating storytelling and design, while building systems for efficient creative operations across various channels.

About Juniper Square

Our mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets. Privately owned assets like commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital make up half of our financial ecosystem yet remain inaccessible to most people. We are digitizing these markets, and as a result, bringing efficiency, transparency, and access to one of the most productive corners of our financial ecosystem. If you care about making the world a better place by making markets work better through technology – all while contributing as a member of a values-driven organization – we want to hear from you.

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

We are seeking an exceptionally strategic, highly organized Director, Brand & Creative Services to serve as the architect of our creative engine as we continue to scale. This is a builder-leader role that combines high-level brand stewardship with deep operational rigor. You will not just maintain the Juniper Square brand; you will professionalize the function, elevating our visual identity while building the systems required to deliver world-class work consistently and efficiently.

You will be responsible for how Juniper Square shows up across all key touchpoints, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders to translate complex financial technology into clear, credible storytelling for institutional audiences. This role reports to the Head of Corporate Marketing.

If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, design, and operational rigor, and want to lead a brand through its most critical evolution to date, this is for you.

The application deadline for this role is March 6th, 2026.

What you’ll do

Creative & Brand Leadership

  • Define and evolve Juniper Square’s creative vision, driving the execution of our brand transformation across web, campaigns, sales enablement, events, video, and executive communications.

  • Ensure a consistent brand expression that builds trust and credibility in the high-stakes Private Equity and Investment markets.

  • Partner with the Head of Corporate Marketing to align creative priorities with company goals, serving as a strategic advisor on how brand drives business efficiency.

Creative Operations & Execution

  • Transform the operating model for brand creative, moving the team from reactive execution to a proactive, scalable studio model. You will audit and restructure intake, prioritization, resourcing, and workflows (using tools like Figma and Asana).

  • Improve speed and predictability of delivery by introducing structure, visibility, and repeatable processes. You will effectively manage the traffic of a high-volume team without sacrificing quality.

  • Maintain templates and enablement systems (Brand Hubs, Asset Libraries) that allow cross-functional teams to self-serve, ensuring the creative team focuses on high-leverage strategic work.

Team & Agency Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of designers and creators. You will actively mentor the team, raising the bar on design thinking and execution.

  • Own agency and vendor relationships for high-leverage initiatives (including video and experiential), establishing clear guardrails, managing budgets, and leading reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Create a culture of craft, curiosity, and accountability, including the thoughtful integration of emerging tools (including AI) to create operating leverage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer, and executive stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver creative that supports the full funnel (awareness through retention).

  • Navigate a matrixed environment to translate complex product and market concepts into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with modern GPs and institutional decision-makers.

  • Improve high-impact moments that shape perception and conversion, including core website pages, pitch and sales materials, and customer storytelling.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in brand and creative leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS and/or a trust-heavy category (fintech, security, infrastructure, regulated industries).

  • Proven experience leading in-house creative teams at a post-IPO or late-stage growth company. You have seen "what good looks like" at scale and have a track record of building it.

  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong follow-through and an operational mindset. You have experience fixing broken workflows and building structure (intake, prioritization, SLAs) where it does not yet exist.

  • Experience leading a brand or team through significant transformation, rebrands, or organizational change.

  • Deep knowledge of creative workflows (Figma, Adobe, Asana). You do not need to be a day-to-day production designer, but you must be comfortable directing work, reviewing files, and maintaining a high quality bar.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates not just design skills, but brand-building across multi-channel execution (web, campaigns, sales materials, events, video).
