Summary 

Fenergo is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of high-impact, data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel our growth across our target markets. This role is central to our digital transformation, driving performance, consistency, and measurable impact across channels including email, webinars, paid media, and automation. 

The ideal candidate will bring a good understanding of how marketing activity influences the sales funnel and pipeline, using insights and analytics to optimise every stage of the customer journey. 

Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract of 9 months.

 

Digital Marketing Campaigns 

  • Lead end-to-end digital and webinar campaigns, from concept to delivery, including setup, promotion, execution, and post-event nurture. 
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to create impactful follow-up plans that drive conversion and accelerate pipeline growth. 
  • Build and optimise targeted email and nurture campaigns aligned to buyer journeys, using data-driven insights to increase engagement and lead quality. 
  • Collaborate with content, product, and digital teams to deliver consistent messaging and maximise performance across all channels. 

 

Performance & Reporting 

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance using Salesforce and Marketo, providing clear insights into digital effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Track key metrics across email, webinars, social, and paid channels to continuously improve funnel performance and marketing’s contribution to revenue. 

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:   

  • 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally within the finance or software solutions sector.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Marketo is an absolute requirement for this role. Experience with additional marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot is a nice to have.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and platforms such as ON24 (or similar) to manage campaigns, track leads, and report on performance.
  • Ability to analyse campaign metrics, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions that improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Comfortable producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and contribution to revenue.
  • While knowledge of SEO and PPC is beneficial, this role does not include direct management of SEO or paid search campaigns.
