The Role: As a Senior Digital Marketeer, you will be a key driver of Datenna’s digital growth and brand positioning. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong design sensibilities, owning digital campaigns end-to-end and continuously improving their impact.

You will work closely with the marketing team (Content Marketeer, Junior Marketing Specialist, and Team Lead) and collaborate with Sales teams in Europe and the United States. In this senior role, you are expected to translate complex, high-stakes topics into clear and compelling digital campaigns, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and act as a sparring partner on digital marketing strategy.

You bring a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and ownership—setting direction where needed, while staying closely involved in execution.

Your Mission at Datenna:

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, and social media

  • Take full responsibility for campaign management in HubSpot (email, lead generation, nurturing, events) and LinkedIn, including experimentation and optimization

  • Translate business and commercial goals into effective digital marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and brand authority

  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve high-quality marketing assets using Adobe InDesign and Figma (brochures, one-pagers, presentations, social visuals)

  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and turn insights into concrete improvements and recommendations

  • Safeguard and evolve Datenna’s brand identity across all digital touchpoints

  • Act as a senior sparring partner within the marketing team, contributing to process improvements, tooling choices, and campaign strategy

What makes you a great candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or a comparable role, with clear ownership of campaigns and channels

  • Strong experience planning, executing, and optimizing organic and paid social media campaigns, with deep expertise in LinkedIn

  • Proven experience with social media advertising, targeting strategies, and performance optimization (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

  • Advanced working knowledge of WordPress, with experience in Framer or Webflow

  • Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot), and the ability to translate data into action

  • Comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

  • Clear, confident communicator who collaborates easily with marketing, sales, and leadership

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS, data, or technology-driven environment

  • Affinity with or interest in geopolitics, China, or international security

  • Experience working with B2B or government-focused audiences
