ennovationHUB is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer specializing in the home and living niche. From our office in downtown Belgrade, we sell premium furniture through localized e-commerce websites in the US, UK, and EU.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to scale up our performance marketing team. This is a data-driven role perfect for someone experienced in PPC campaign management, performance analysis, and budget optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

As the right hand to the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll help drive paid media execution across our international markets. You will monitor key e-commerce KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV turning insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

• Monitor budget pacing, profitability, and campaign KPIs to surface trends and variances early

• Analyze campaign performance and generate structured, data-driven reports

• Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to shape strategic decisions

• Maintain campaign documentation including A/B testing results and changes

• Use Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and ClickUp for campaign reporting and performance tracking

• Conduct regular audits for performance optimization and efficiency improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Google Ads, including Search and Shopping campaigns

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) 

• Experience with e-commerce marketing metrics: ROAS, CPA, LTV and others

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
