We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Network Engineer to design, build, and deliver a global AWS network backbone. This role is deeply hands-on and focused on AWS networking, security, and large-scale connectivity across multiple regions.
You will be responsible for implementing the core network architecture spanning IAD, PDX, and DUB, with a strong emphasis on centralized egress and security-by-design.
designing and delivering a global AWS network backbone,
building and operating AWS Cloud WAN as the central connectivity layer,
implement centralized egress architectures using AWS Network Firewall,
delivering network components according to the defined project plan,
automating network infrastructure using Terraform,
ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across regions,
collaborating with global teams operating in the US (EST) time zone.
strong, hands-on experience with:
AWS Cloud WAN
Terraform
AWS Network Firewall
proven experience designing and operating global AWS network architectures,
solid understanding of routing, network security, and AWS networking best practices,
experience working in multi-region, enterprise-scale environments,
availability to work in US (EST) hours,
strong English communication skills.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
AWS certifications (Advanced Networking, Solutions Architect),
experience with large-scale enterprise or regulated environments,
familiarity with AWS Control Tower.
