Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer/SRE to join our dynamic cloud infrastructure team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our digital banking platform. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to build, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Infrastructure Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) for our digital banking platform.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
• Manage and optimize data storage, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Automation & CI/CD:

• Design and implement scalable developer tooling to accommodate the growth of engineering teams.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance the efficiency of software development and deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure as code processes.

Reliability & Performance:

• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Deeply understand the business and manage the high availability of financial services, continuously improving the business SLA.
• Identify system weaknesses through comprehensive data operations (availability metrics, historical incidents, resource utilization) and implement improvement projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE in a cloud environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
