We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive our infrastructure automation initiatives. This role will be focused on designing, building, and maintaining automated infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), configuration management tools, scripting languages, CI/CD pipelines, a solid understanding of Linux administration, containerization, and Kubernetes, and experience with serverless technologies, particularly AWS Lambda. A deep understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem and the broader CNCF landscape is crucial for this role, and a strong working knowledge of AWS security and networking is essential. Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python is required, along with experience in developing applications using Python. Knowledge of database technologies is considered an added advantage. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure and enabling our engineering teams to deploy applications efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated code deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Support infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment in AWS environments.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and secure deployment processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
Contribute to improving automation, documentation, and best practices across environments.
Learn and apply DevOps security principles, containerization, and orchestration tools as part of skill development.
Key Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
Good understanding of AWS core services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
