Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Developer Advocate to lead community engagement, content creation, and developer enablement efforts. In this role, you’ll be the voice of CrewAI to the developer ecosystem—creating technical content, speaking at events, gathering feedback, and building a thriving community around multi-agent systems. This is a key role for someone passionate about helping developers succeed with cutting-edge AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, demos, and videos that showcase CrewAI’s capabilities
  
  
• Speak at conferences, webinars, and community events to represent CrewAI and educate the ecosystem
  
  
• Engage with developers across platforms (GitHub, Discord, Twitter, forums) to support, inspire, and grow the community
  
  
• Work closely with product and engineering to surface developer feedback and inform roadmap decisions
  
  
• Build sample projects, integrations, and tools to help developers get started quickly with CrewAI
  
  
• Partner with marketing and GTM teams on awareness campaigns and launch support
  
  
• Help scale CrewAI’s open-source presence through collaboration with contributors and ecosystem partners

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, developer advocacy, or technical community engagement
  
  
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with LLMs, AI frameworks, or agent tools
  
  
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts through content, talks, or workshops
  
  
• Active presence in developer communities and experience engaging open-source audiences
  
  
• Self-starter with a passion for teaching, storytelling, and community building
  
  
• Experience contributing to or managing open-source projects is a plus
