This role blends hands-on design leadership with strategic involvement in client pursuits, presentations, and concept development. You will own design across both active projects and prospective opportunities, helping shape high-quality, design-driven workplace environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead design for commercial workplace interior projects from concept through delivery
- Partner with leadership on design strategy for client pursuits and presentations
- Develop space plans, test fits, and layout options aligned with client needs
- Produce high-quality renderings and presentation materials for client approvals
- Oversee design development, including materials, finishes, and detailing
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and external partners to maintain design intent
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews as the design lead
- Support proposals and new business efforts alongside project work
- Ensure designs align with budgets, schedules, and constructability requirements
- Stay current on workplace trends, materials, and design innovations
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in commercial interior design (workplace environments required)
- Strong experience in space planning, test fits, and corporate office design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools
- Proven ability to create client-ready presentations and high-quality visualizations
- Experience in a client-facing design lead or senior designer role
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing in high-end interiors
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team collaboration and business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required
