What Makes You a Great Fit:

The Senior Paid Media and Performance Marketing Manager will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid demand gen campaigns across platforms to drive qualified leads, conversion, and revenue. You'll contribute full-funnel performance marketing—from brand awareness to pipeline acceleration - leveraging data, creativity, and experimentation.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation, this is a high-impact role for a digital marketer who succeeds in both strategy, and knows how to turn budget into results.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Strategy and Channel Ownership
    • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across platforms including Affiliates, PPL partners, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, programmatic, and latest channels such as CTV amongst others.
    • Build always-on and campaign-based media plans that grow awareness, engagement, and pipeline across segments.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization
    • Manage daily creation of of campaigns, optimizing for efficiency and Return on investment.
    • Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates and CAC.
  • Budget Management and Forecasting
    • Ensure budget allocation, and pacing is being met to ensure efficient spend and maximum return.
    • Forecast impact of media plans on traffic, leads, and pipeline.
  • Measurement and Reporting
    • Define and track performance metrics and attribution models that clearly connect paid media to revenue.
    • Build and maintain dashboards with Marketing Analytics to track KPIs and share relevant insights with partners.
  • Collaboration and Creative
    • Partner with brand, content, and product marketing teams to build creative and audience-first messaging.
    • Brief and review assets with internal and external creative teams to ensure fit-for-channel execution.
  • Agency and Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with media agencies, platforms, and tools to execute campaigns and improve efficiency.

Let's Connect If You:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with HR buyer personas and challenges (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A proven ability to execute campaigns that align with the buyer journey and drive measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and reporting.
  • Proactive and able to optimize campaigns continuously.
  • Excellent project management skills to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset for exploring and implementing innovative demand generation strategies.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

$109,000$160,000 USD
