We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Delivery Manager, Direct & Third-Party Delivery located out of our corporate office in Bloomington, MN. This individual contributor role will support the acceleration of Dairy Queen' growth in off‑premise channels through both direct digital delivery and marketplace partnerships for US and Canada. The Senior Delivery Manager, Direct & Third‑Party Delivery will lead initiatives that expand reach, optimize guest experience, and increase sales across DQ’s owned and third‑party delivery platforms. This leader will develop data‑driven strategies, coordinate cross‑functionally to improve delivery performance, and ensure consistent brand representation across all digital storefronts.
The ideal candidate combines business strategy, marketing expertise, and partnership management to drive measurable sales impact while enhancing guest satisfaction.

The US national base salary range for this position is $105,561 - $129,313. This position is also eligible for a bonus. The base salary range displayed reflects the targeted hiring range for positions across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, work location and relevant education or experience.

Work Environment
Most positions located out of our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN will work a hybrid work schedule where you will work 3 collaboration days a week. Additional in office time may be required to support team/project needs.
