Senior Delivery Manager – AI Team

Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to drive execution across Omio’s AI initiatives, ensuring effective coordination between multiple engineering, product, and data science teams.
This role will provide delivery leadership across both Supply AI and Demand AI streams, reporting into the AI Core leadership and collaborating with stakeholders globally.

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, ensuring that high-impact AI initiatives are executed predictably, sustainably, and in alignment with Omio’s product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple AI product lines, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Commercial, Product, Data Science, and Engineering.

• Partner with technical leads to translate AI research and prototypes into production-grade solutions.

• Build and maintain a clear roadmap for AI initiatives, tracking dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams operate with efficiency, transparency, and focus on outcomes.

• Maintain alignment with business stakeholders and communicate progress, blockers, and timelines.

• Support talent onboarding and scaling within AI Core to meet strategic objectives.
  Drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics and retrospectives.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 5 to 13 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in Tech Delivery Management within high-growth technology or data-driven environments.

• Proven track record of managing AI/ML or data platform initiatives end-to-end, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical lifecycle.

• Mastery of Agile and Lean methodologies, with the ability to tailor frameworks to improve team velocity and delivery quality.

• High-level stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leadership.

• Global delivery expertise, with experience managing dependencies across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

• Strategic prioritization, specifically in navigating complex dependencies across multiple concurrent technical workstreams.

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can drive structure, technical clarity, and accountability into complex initiatives.

• Expert-level proficiency with the Jira/Confluence ecosystem, leveraging these tools for robust project tracking and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software engineering, data science, or product delivery within AI or machine learning domains.

• Experience in cloud-based delivery (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Prior exposure to LLM applications, RAG systems, or AI platform development is a plus.
