Role Overview
You are the "cardiovascular surgeon" of Flowith’s data flows. As a Senior Database Expert, you will safeguard the data assets of millions of users, ensuring absolute security and efficient read/write operations for the product's underlying data. You must not only master the underlying logic of various databases but also build a rock-solid, lightning-fast data foundation for cutting-edge AI application scenarios from a high-level architectural perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Data Architecture Evolution: Design and implement database architectures that support high concurrency and low latency. Participate in technology selection and review to pave the way for explosive business growth.
- Performance Monitoring & Extreme Tuning: Monitor database performance metrics around the clock, meticulously analyze slow queries and resource bottlenecks, and rapidly implement effective optimization solutions.
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Manage and optimize multiple database systems. Formulate rigorous data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to defend the red line of data security and availability.
- System Empowerment: Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineers to provide optimal data storage and retrieval support for complex product requirements from the foundational data architecture level.

- 系统赋能：与后端及 AI 工程师紧密合作，从数据底层架构出发，为复杂的产品需求提供最优的数据存储与检索支持。
Requirements
- You architect data ecosystems that scale flawlessly.
- Deep Data Mastery: 5+ years of database-related experience, with proven success in maintaining systems with millions of users. Familiarity with data security and access management best practices.
- PostgreSQL Guru: Mastery of PostgreSQL, encompassing query optimization, index design, table partitioning, and connection pool management.
- Multi-Modal Data Management: Skilled in SQLite application scenarios and performance tuning; deep understanding of Redis caching strategies, data structure selection, and persistence mechanisms.
- Extreme Tuning Hacker: Exceptional SQL tuning capabilities and experience in designing high-availability architectures (master-slave replication, read-write splitting, failover). Familiarity with various database monitoring tools and performance analysis methods.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Vector Databases or experience in data architecture related to AI knowledge bases/large-scale text retrieval.
