As a Senior DBA at Axon, you will play a critical role in building the foundation for Axon’s future data strategy. This is not just a reactive operations role—you'll drive proactive architectural decisions, lead database optimization efforts, and partner with BI, Data Engineering, and Application teams to standardize and scale how we manage and govern data. If you're ready to lead and modernize how databases support mission-critical systems at scale, this is the role for you.
Location: This role is based out of our Atlanta, GA Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
