Senior Data Solutions Architect

As a Senior Data Solutions Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming client challenges into powerful data solutions. You'll be responsible for building, maintaining, scaling, and integrating robust, big data-based platforms that directly support our clients' strategic goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Data and are excited to use different tools to provide data insight for further analysis and drive business decisions.

National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 15% estimated.

Requirements

You are good at: 

• Proven track record in designing scalable, highly-performant, and resilient global solutions;
• Team & Project Bootstrap: You're ready to bootstrap new teams and projects from the ground up, setting the technical direction and ensuring successful launch.
• Pre-Sales Acumen: Experience or a strong aptitude for pre-sales activities, including technical discussions with potential clients and presenting solutions.
• Requirements Architect: You stand out in converting business requirements into detailed, implementation-ready technical designs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: You have proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
• Strong grasp of and experience with cloud technology, cloud architecture, scalable design patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and microservices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with SAAS implementation and integration.
• Programming in one or more languages within our data ecosystem (e.g. Python, SQL).

You rock at:

• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect and Data Engineer. 
• Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and multidimensional data modelling techniques.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with Azure Data Catalog and Azure Purview
• Concepts of Semantic Layers
• Multi source ingestion (client have a lot of sources)
• Experience dealing with ADFs, Pipelines & Data flows, Azure functions, Logic Apps Azure SQL Database , SPs, Views
• Experience with Azure Databricks
• Knowledge of visualisation tools (PowerBI or Tableau)
