WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Data Services Associate, you will execute manual workflows that power the client’s B2B programs. This role sits at the core of the member experience, ensuring individuals receive timely communications that drive activation and a positive experience. You will apply your attention to detail and knowledge of internal workflows to manage member lifecycle operations, referral programs, and feature delivery while ensuring operational accuracy.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Member Lifecycle Operations: Manage enrollment and offboarding communications for individuals added or removed from weekly eligibility files.
  • Referral Program Operations: Perform administrative onboarding tasks that enable teams to share special pricing with their networks.
  • Member Feature Delivery: Provide members with value-add services such as care coordination communications and feature bundling.
  • General Operational Support: Maintain clean, accurate data across systems and spreadsheets; follow SOPs precisely; escalate unclear cases to the team lead; provide timely status updates and operational reporting as required.
  • Account Review & Documentation: Apply knowledge of internal workflows to review accounts and submissions, documenting feedback and outreach as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes and continuous improvement of workflows.
  • Handle a high volume of host-facing support tickets and submissions while providing friendly and efficient service

YOU HAVE… 

  • Experience executing workflows in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working with Google Sheets and internal systems
  • Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
  • Prior experience in operations, customer support, or administrative roles is a plus
  • Good English communication (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Bachelor’s/College degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously with multi-functional teams
  • Strong written communication skills and knowledge to recall and coherently summarize complex issues and situations
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
  • Experience working with a fast-growing start-up 
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with product knowledge
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
