This Senior Data Scientist role focuses on advancing data-driven marketing measurement and optimization. You will develop, enhance, and deploy enterprise-grade models that analyze complex media investments and provide actionable insights to clients. The position involves research, modeling, automation, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver precise, scalable solutions. You will translate sophisticated statistical and machine learning outputs into clear recommendations, contributing directly to business impact and client success. The role requires strong analytical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in marketing analytics, causal inference, and advanced modeling techniques. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and optimize Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and other marketing attribution models for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct research and development on advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies to enhance modeling accuracy and automation.
  • Integrate media variables, pricing indices, promotions, macroeconomic factors, and causal inference signals into scalable data science solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to implement data-driven enhancements.
  • Translate complex data outputs into actionable recommendations for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing monitoring, testing, and quality assurance of deployed models and tools.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on data science results, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data science, with 2+ years of direct experience building Marketing Mix Models or related marketing attribution models.
  • B.S. or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., Bayesian inference, regression modeling, causal inference).
  • Experience building scalable data science products, including testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to present insights and recommendations.
  • Independent, creative, and capable of managing ambiguity while driving results.
  • Commitment to diversity, integrity, and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI or automation tools in marketing measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines and high-frequency modeling.
