Senior Data Scientist

Integrant is seeking talented individuals to join our team as a "Senior Data Scientist." As a senior member of our Data Science team, you will contribute to the development and deployment of advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and implement predictive models, recommendation systems, and other data products.
• Work on the exploration and implementation of generative AI techniques to develop innovative applications that enhance business processes and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide data-driven solutions.
• Present insights and findings to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in data science methodologies and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning fields.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is a nice to have.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Proficient in applying machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g., decision trees, random forests, SVMs, KNNs).
• Deep understanding of basic and advanced neural network architectures.
• Hands on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., pytorch, tensorflow, keras).
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SQL and database systems to extract and manipulate data.
• Good knowledge about LLMs, RAG and agents.
• Good to have: Hands on experience in building applications on top of GenAI as Chatbots.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• ⁠Knowledge of data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar is a plus.
