Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and advanced mathematical/statistical modeling.

  • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).

  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud tools, and MLOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems (e.g., Spark).
  • Background in optimization models, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
